Returns Policy

We do not offer returns, only exchanges. Items are only able to be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, it will not qualify for an exchange.

If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at Info@ociaug.org and we will give you the proper directions on how to submit an exchange.

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order; however this does not include weekends or holidays. If you make a purchase after 11 am (EAT), it may not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am (EAT) on a Friday, your order will most likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email is then sent containing your order details and tracking information.
