At OCIA, we believe each child and person is unique. Our ears and hearts always come ready listen so that each need is examined and addressed to its uniqueness. We carefully measure and evaluate our work every step of the way to know how and where our programs are creating the most impact.

OCIA works to provide programs and services that restore dignity, advocate for the vulnerable, and empowers local leaders. We value every life and work to listen to all perspectives so that our entire community rises together and stands fights poverty.

We shall respect his creation and live as good citizens, promoting just causes and safeguarding our God Given natural endowment.
