(OCIA) ORPHAN CHILDREN IN ACTION is a registered local Christian independent Charity Organisation working to support disadvantaged children from slums and similar conditions in Uganda regardless of their religion, caste or gender, we work with communities, partners and governments to ensure the rights of all children, in every society, are fulfilled.

What Makes Us Unique
Since 2018, OCIA has been guided by a basic principle: a loving charity for every child. Part of an international partner of 2 country members, we are the small charity working with unsupported children.
As a non-denominational and apolitical charity, we always respect the religions and cultures of the local communities where we work.We believe that the best way to help more children attain better living conditions and life outcomes is to encourage decision-making authorities to develop policy that protects the rights of children.
Currently OCIA is registered with 35 orphans who are disadvantaged orphans that lost their parents due to epidemic diseases and also we provide education and care mostly to those in Uganda. These are children who literally have no homes and parents,children who really need love, care, nurturing, hope and children who would melt your heart with their smiles.
We pray that God provides you with what you want most and also we know you want to be sure your gifts will be used wisely, and we respect your concern through careful stewardship of resources, we make sure the funds you have so generously entrusted to us go where they are most needed.
